William Clifford, DC Dr. William Clifford is a 1994 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College. He is certified as a Supervising Chiropractor with Physical Therapy privileges as well as being certified in Manipulation under Anesthesia. Dr. Clifford founded Clifford Chiropractic Center in 1998 to offer the benefits of chiropractic care to the citizens of Cecil County. In 2008, he was voted favorite chiropractor in Cecil County by the readers of the Cecil Whig. Dr. Clifford is a proud member of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Clifford enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in his spare time and likes to ski and golf. |
